Karla Estrada, mother of teen king Daniel Padilla, joined the Blind Audition of The Voice of the Philippines Season 2. She performed the song "What's Up" but she was not able to turn the chairs of the coaches. Ms. Lea Salonga hugged Karla and thanked her for joining.

Karla Estrada said that it was her dream to join The Voice since she had been joining singing contests in the past. She even made a career out of her talent which helped financially in raising children.
