The film is based on the novel of the very famous French writer Antoine de Saint-Exupéry. The Little Prince is about a pilot who crashes in the desert and meets a boy from a distant planet.

The movie is directed by Mark Osborne (Kung Fu Panda). The cast of the movie includes Rachel McAdams, James Franco, Jeff Bridges, Benicio Del Toro, Paul Giamatti, Mackenzie Foy, Marion Cotillard, Ricky Gervais and Albert Brooks.
