Do you remember Edward Mendez? He is the shirtless guy in the movie Kung Fu Divas with Marian Rivera and Ai Ai Delas Alas.

We spotted him in an event last weekend at the 2nd Baby and Family Expo at SMX Mall of Asia. He was a guest speaker and talked about getting fit by eating more and exercising less. Edward is not just a model and an actor, but he is also a fitness consultant as well as an author of a book!

Check out his book entitled 'Your Dream Body Come True' and as if he is the one personally instructing you to achieve your dream body.
